My name is Ashleigh Dent, and I am proud to serve as a Client Service Specialist. I enjoy helping our people and being friendly. I enjoy being a trusted point of contact for clients whenever they need assistance.
I know financial matters can sometimes feel overwhelming, so I do my best to make things a little easier by listening, answering questions, and helping clients find the information they need. Whether it’s helping with account request or simply pointing someone in the direction for help. I want each client to feel comfortable and supported.
What I enjoy most about my role is building relationships and getting to know the people I work with. I believe good customer service is about treating people with kindness, being dependable, and taking the time to help.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and 2 Labradors. I also enjoy reading, listening to music, crocheting, and Friday family game or movie night. These simple things help me recharge.
